Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and extend custom scoped ServiceNow applications and visualizations.
- Maintain ServiceNow applications, custom components, workflows, integrations, business rules, and user experiences.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend solution architectures, designs, and implementation strategies.
- Develop responsive user interfaces and visualizations using AngularJS, React, HTML5, CSS, and related frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development team members.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, analytics teams, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay current with ServiceNow enhancements, emerging technologies, and platform best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of application development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and authorized to work in the United States.
- Must reside in the United States and perform the work in the United States.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, administration, customization, and scripting.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with AngularJS, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, XML/JSON, REST services, and modern web development practices.
- Hands-on experience designing, debugging, and supporting enterprise applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Highly preferred: ITSM, ITOM, and scoped application experience.
- Preferred ServiceNow certifications include CSA, CAD, or other relevant credentials.
- Preferred knowledge and demonstrated experience supporting or implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
