Base Salary
$290k - $340k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the internal AI-powered software generation and review platform.
- Collaborate with AI and infrastructure teams to integrate existing tools into a cohesive product.
- Define success metrics for the platform and iterate based on user feedback.
- Enhance the Developer Experience stack to increase productivity for engineers and PMs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with developer tools and build environments.
- Experience owning a zero-to-one product or platform with founder-like autonomy.
- Passion for building tools that enhance engineer productivity.
- Ability to thrive in a high-trust, high-ambiguity environment.
- Availability for 4+ hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone.
