Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and test Appian integrations.
  • Configure Interactions Hub, Appian process models, embedded controls, and user interfaces from business and functional requirements.
  • Perform technical configuration involving groups, security, database rules, validations, calculation logic, and reference data.
  • Develop and maintain regulatory compliance frameworks and programs.
  • Conduct compliance audits, reviews, risk assessments, transaction monitoring, and trading surveillance.
  • Support anti-money laundering, financial crime prevention, privacy compliance, records management, and data protection initiatives.
  • Collaborate on compliance program implementation, reporting, and third-party compliance monitoring.
  • Review configuration outputs for quality, accuracy, and relevance before technical oversight review.
  • Participate in compliance training and client engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience required.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required.
  • Proficiency in SAIL forms design, process design, SQL, stored procedures, SQL databases, object-oriented programming, and Service Backed Records.
  • Proficiency in Appian UX guidelines and Appian plug-ins, including rules engines.
  • Strong problem-solving and design skills.
  • Appian certification required.
  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering compliance, compliance program implementation, compliance risk assessment, GRC methodologies, ISO/IEC 27001, data protection management, and regulatory compliance program maintenance.
