Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and enhance software components and applications using ServiceNow HRSD.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Configure ServiceNow HRSD modules and develop integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Maintain and optimize existing software for functionality, performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Document technical specifications and development processes.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and contribute independently as a subject matter expert.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD and strong experience customizing and configuring its modules.
- Ability to develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Understanding of agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
