Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software systems for performance and reliability.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
- Participate independently in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Work with modern development frameworks and agile development practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Python.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern frameworks and tools for software design and implementation.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Generative AI, agent development, and AI agents and workflow integration are desirable.
