Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement automated, reproducible infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools and version-controlled definitions.
- Build, tune, and maintain CI/CD pipelines integrating source control, automated testing, container registries, and release gates.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes workloads, including deployment, networking, storage, Helm charts, and resource governance.
- Harden container images and implement Kubernetes RBAC, network policies, least-privilege controls, secret management, and vulnerability scanning.
- Design and operate observability solutions with dashboards, alerts, logging, metrics, distributed tracing, and incident-management processes.
- Embed security best practices and DevSecOps practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, product owners, security teams, and leadership while documenting architecture, infrastructure, runbooks, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Support infrastructure deployment, qualification, change control, daily platform operations, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience and at least 3 years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
- Required experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, observability, networking fundamentals, Linux systems, Git, container registries, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Hands-on proficiency with Kubernetes, including deployment, networking, storage, and Helm.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Demonstrated ability to implement image hardening, RBAC, network policies, vulnerability scanning, and other security practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, project management, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology organization is preferred.
