Responsibilities
- Analyze operational workflows to identify opportunities for automation and data optimization.
- Design and implement automation and data transformation strategies aligned with business needs.
- Develop and test MVPs using traditional development and low-code tools.
- Transition prototypes into scalable solutions for deployment across the organization.
- Integrate APIs and cross-platform processes to support data flow and system connectivity.
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to integrate solutions.
- Research new technologies and methods and continuously improve processes.
- Take ownership of projects and work independently while reporting to the operations team.
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in automation strategy and data transformation.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and MVP development.
- Strong background in data transformation and manipulation.
- Flexibility with SQL, Java, and Python.
- Ability to integrate APIs into automation solutions.
- Comfort experimenting with low-code tools and platforms.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and independently research and implement technologies.
- Experience working with operations or cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach.
- Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude to improve workflows and productivity.
- Openness to self-learning and continuous skill development.
