Responsibilities

  • Prototype integrations and templates connecting E3 platforms with business-specific development pipelines.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting, architecture reviews, and pairing sessions for engineering community members.
  • Create presentations, demonstrations, technical blogs, and sample solutions showcasing E3 capabilities.
  • Support internal engineering communities through inner-sourcing initiatives, technical talks, and hackathons.
  • Gather and communicate developer feedback, bugs, feature requests, adoption milestones, and workflow bottlenecks to platform teams and leadership.
  • Drive adoption of E3 capabilities and act as a technical spokesperson across Roche business units.
  • Mentor engineers and platform squad members on software practices, application security, and AI tools.
  • Contribute to platform product vision, documentation, API usability, and end-to-end developer experience improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of full-stack software development, DevOps, or Platform Engineering experience.
  • Strong ability to write code and analyze architecture pipelines.
  • Deep familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD engines, container orchestration, and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Experience building reference architectures, starter kits, and mock environments that developers can quickly clone and deploy.
  • Strong customer focus, ownership, initiative, independence, and judgment in complex and ambiguous environments.
