Responsibilities
- Lead client conversations and internal engineering discussions for complex AI-powered automation requirements and reusable assets or accelerators.
- Design, develop, and architect RPA, Generative AI, and Agentic AI automation solutions using multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and LLM-integrated workflows.
- Provide technical solutions for client proofs of concept and manage Gen AI and Agentic AI automation initiatives responding to client requests, RFPs, or delivery optimization needs.
- Gather requirements, plan pursuits, and coordinate technical teams for client deployments, automation pipeline testing, and product enhancements.
- Govern delivery against approved architecture baselines and support integration, observability, AIOps, and data/RAG architecture decisions.
- Lead teams as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect on AI-led automation programs.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of IT industry experience, including extensive experience architecting and delivering AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI automation solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect on AI-led automation programs.
- Ability to architect multi-agent orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, and LLM-integrated automation workflows using modern architecture principles.
- Experience with enterprise integrations across ERP, ITSM, CRM, and cloud platforms, plus integration, observability, AIOps, and data/RAG architectures.
- Industry exposure in Financial Services, Retail and CPG, Life Sciences, Aerospace/Manufacturing, or Managed Services/AMS.
- Experience shaping or responding to RFP and RFI pursuits, including techno-functional and commercial solution aspects, is preferred.
- Cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP and certifications or knowledge in prompt engineering, AI/ML, Generative AI platforms, ITIL, PMP, or TOGAF are preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder influence, structured problem-solving, and ability to understand client business and technology drivers are required.
- Engineering bachelor's degree, master's degree, or diploma in management.
