Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for Supply Tech, defining architecture and quality standards.
- Lead cross-team execution on complex initiatives, managing dependencies and trade-offs.
- Design and evolve scalable systems for supplier-facing workflows.
- Improve engineering craftsmanship and operational excellence.
- Translate business needs into technical strategies with stakeholders.
- Build effective mechanisms for collaboration and documentation.
- Champion AI-forward product delivery and ensure responsible deployment.
- Mentor and grow technical leaders within the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with complex backend systems.
- Proven strength in technical leadership and stakeholder alignment.
- Proficiency in Java/Spring and end-to-end backend feature development.
- Strong background in scalable service-oriented architectures.
- Experience with production microservices in cloud and Kubernetes environments.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases like Postgres and MySQL.
- Experience designing and evolving APIs, including GraphQL.
- Ability to work effectively across APIs and workflows.
- Positive, proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for mentoring.
- Excitement for experimenting with AI in product delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
