Base Salary
$193k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop large-scale distributed systems and enterprise payment applications.
- Build scalable and performant software for rapid cross-border payment settlement.
- Participate in requirements gathering, software design, development, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment.
- Develop Java and Spring Boot applications and end-to-end software solutions.
- Build and manage deployment automation and continuous integration pipelines.
- Work with cloud-based architectures, data warehouse integrations, SQL and NoSQL databases, and testing tools.
- Collaborate with software engineers and product, legal, and business development teams on technical and business requirements.
- Apply test-driven development and maintain high code coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate software development experience, or a master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus at least three years of software development experience.
- At least three years of experience developing large-scale distributed systems.
- At least three years of experience with Java and Spring Boot applications, HTTP technologies, building and testing infrastructure, deployment automation, cloud tools and architectures, and data warehouse architecture and integration.
- At least three years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Oracle, Teradata, and Hadoop.
- At least three years of experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab, and Bamboo.
- Experience with at least one API or UI testing tool or framework: Postman, SoapUI, REST-assured, or Selenium.
