Responsibilities
- Support testing activities across multiple products, platforms, and technical projects concurrently.
- Independently formulate test plans, test strategies, test scopes, execution strategies, quality assessments, and risk analyses.
- Track test progress, quality risks, and defects while driving issues through closure.
- Perform functional, API, integration, regression, end-to-end, cross-system, and cross-service testing.
- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve regression efficiency and test coverage.
- Use AI-assisted approaches for test-case generation, automated-script generation, test-data generation, defect analysis, and test-report generation.
- Conduct performance, stress, stability, and capacity testing and analyze system bottlenecks and scalability risks.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, Project Managers, and other stakeholders on quality risks and results.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on software testing experience.
- Experience supporting multiple parallel projects simultaneously.
- Strong test planning, risk management, and quality assessment capabilities.
- Hands-on knowledge of API testing, microservice architecture, and system integration testing.
- Practical experience with test automation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, issue-driving, and written English communication skills.
- Preferred experience in retail, e-commerce, membership, or store-management systems.
- Preferred testing experience with microservice and cloud-native platforms.
- Preferred experience with AI-assisted testing or AI-agent-related practices.
- Proficiency with performance-testing tools such as JMeter or K6.
