Base Salary
$110k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop robust and maintainable software using software development practices and standards.
- Participate actively in every stage of the software development lifecycle.
- Build, deploy, and optimize scalable AI solutions and computationally efficient algorithms.
- Partner directly with clients and consultants on new features and future product releases.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on software design and solution ideas.
- Develop thought leadership and scientific papers and lead conferences on behalf of BCG X.
- Travel to client sites as required.
Requirements
- Passion for software development, large-scale data analytics, and transforming organizations through AI.
- Experience applying software development practices and standards to robust, maintainable software.
- Ability to guide non-technical teams and consultants on software development best practices.
- Ability to optimize algorithms and software design for computational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity across industries and topics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented, client-facing environment.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Any degree program must be completed before starting at BCG.
