Responsibilities
- Deliver CPQ and CRM projects end to end, including requirements gathering, implementation, deployment, and post-production support.
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce CPQ and CRM solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business goals.
- Configure product catalogs, pricing rules, discounting and approval workflows, document templates, pricing rule lookups, and QCP custom functionality.
- Manage Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce CRM development to ensure seamless data flow and user experience.
- Define solution roadmaps and integration strategies with business analysts, product owners, and enterprise architects.
- Mentor CPQ developers and promote coding standards, best practices, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in technical workshops, demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, code reviews, unit testing, system testing, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or another CPQ tool, with a minimum of two implementations.
- Functional and technical experience in at least one CPQ/CRM implementation.
- Understanding of CPQ/CRM processes, including products, pricing, quoting, and order management applications.
- Experience with product catalog management, pricing rules, approvals, discounting, document templates, and pricing rule lookups.
- Knowledge of SOQL and Apex.
- Understanding of web application UI development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSP.
- Understanding of Web 2.0 development using JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON.
- Knowledge of Python.
