Responsibilities
- Build, test, and maintain solutions supporting enterprise AI and Copilot initiatives.
- Develop platform integrations, automation, reusable engineering components, MCP servers, connectors, and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Support internal developers using Copilot Studio and related Microsoft technologies, including troubleshooting and implementation guidance.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to improve developer experience and platform reliability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, troubleshooting resources, and support content.
- Deliver training sessions, demonstrations, learning materials, and technical enablement content for developers.
- Support internal communities of practice and developer engagement activities.
- Help ensure secure, reliable, operationally ready, and well-documented enterprise AI platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, automation, or related technical roles.
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, automation, or application integrations.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and supporting users or development teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and collaborate effectively.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, or Generative AI technologies.
- Preferred experience developing integrations, connectors, or automation solutions.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Preferred experience creating technical documentation, training content, or developer enablement resources.
