Base Salary
$207k - $311k/yr
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and articulate Nutanix solution features and benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams on account plans and tailored customer proposals.
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concepts to support successful solution adoption.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
- Provide mentorship to new hires and peer colleagues.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to support product development and customer satisfaction.
- Manage complex accounts and drive larger sales transactions.
- Collaborate with presales teams to achieve technical wins efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, including at least 3 years as a presales engineer.
- Experience with cloud-native, Kubernetes, and AI solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on technical aptitude, adaptability, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and solution-strategy development ability.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with data center and cloud technologies, including storage, virtualization, and automation frameworks.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to learn, mentor others, and maintain high ethics and integrity.
