Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance custom enterprise software applications.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with cross-functional teams and translate them into functional solutions.
- Customize and configure applications to support specific business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain performance.
- Document application configurations and customizations for knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Participate independently in team discussions, provide solutions, and support junior team members with guidance and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of professional experience is required.
- Minimum three years of experience with Syniti ADM for SAP is required.
- Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP and experience customizing and configuring enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices and application design best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with effective communication and documentation skills.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
