Base Salary
$255k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product experiences spanning frontend applications, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.
- Design AI-powered workflows applicable across various software engineering teams and practices.
- Implement innovative AI solutions to reduce friction in the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product, design, and research teams to translate developer needs into product improvements.
- Engage with users to understand pain points and validate solutions.
- Enhance the reliability, observability, scalability, and performance of systems and workflows.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Rust, or similar programming languages.
- Deep familiarity with modern software development tools and workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and understanding of their capabilities.
- Desire to own products and features from conception to launch.
- Strong product judgment and a focus on learning from user feedback.
- Creativity in problem-solving and workflow invention.
