Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and enhance production-grade native iOS applications using Swift.
- Apply mobile application architecture, software design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Integrate mobile applications with APIs, cloud services, SDKs, backend systems, and external platforms.
- Contribute to mobile initiatives involving tracking, attribution, deep linking, in-app experiences, and customer journey optimization.
- Write production-ready, tested, maintainable, and documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Build and maintain automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for mobile application delivery.
- Work with AWS services and cloud-native architectures supporting mobile applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments.
- Collaborate directly with customer engineering teams and communicate technical decisions, progress, risks, and trade-offs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Strong professional and hands-on experience developing production native iOS applications with Swift.
- Strong understanding of iOS application architecture, software design patterns, application lifecycle, and API or service integrations.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, supporting, and deploying production mobile applications.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud environments and integrating native applications with cloud-based backend systems.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and applying testing and automation practices.
- Experience troubleshooting applications across development and production environments and participating in code reviews.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs.
- Nice-to-have experience with Objective-C, mobile attribution and analytics, deep linking, third-party mobile SDKs, Firebase, AppsFlyer, CDP or customer-data integrations, marketing technology, React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, generative AI, or UI/UX.
