Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components and enterprise application modules.
- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Integrate PeopleSoft with other systems using integration techniques and tools.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
- Lead process improvement efforts and provide solutions across teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Development.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft Development.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Experience designing and implementing custom enterprise application modules and components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft integration techniques and tools.
- Skills in application performance optimization and scalability.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
