Responsibilities
- Define and champion medium- to long-term system architecture, technical strategy, and roadmaps.
- Contribute directly to implementing full-stack software solutions.
- Own complex, high-impact Human Performance projects across multiple business units.
- Drive innovation, experimentation, and adoption of engineering best practices.
- Mentor and coach engineers through collaboration, technical guidance, and code review feedback.
- Communicate technical concepts and trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Foster cross-group initiatives and a supportive, inclusive engineering culture.
Requirements
- Strong product focus and commitment to delivering customer-impacting solutions.
- Mastery of full-stack engineering using cloud-based systems.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, define architecture, and establish technical roadmaps.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, collaborating with engineers, and contributing to code reviews.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts and trade-offs.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, C#, MongoDB, and/or AWS is preferred.
- Experience processing IMU and GPS data is preferred.
