Responsibilities

  • Design and own CI/CD pipelines and shared engineering infrastructure for the firmware validation platform.
  • Build Python CLI tools and orchestration integrations with APIs, webhooks, and service accounts.
  • Operate self-hosted CI/CD systems, including pipeline design, runner administration, job orchestration, and infrastructure-level failure debugging.
  • Integrate build, test, and reporting services through Git-based workflows.
  • Set up and maintain hardware lab boards and test stations for hardware-in-the-loop validation.
  • Drive cross-team triage and maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Support packaging, versioning, dependency, release, containerization, and AI-assisted automation workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • DevOps or infrastructure experience designing and owning CI/CD pipelines and shared engineering infrastructure.
  • Strong Python skills for CLI tooling, orchestration, and system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with self-hosted CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Proficiency with Git and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with hardware or firmware development, SoC bring-up, or silicon testing is preferred.
  • Hands-on hardware lab experience and familiarity with oscilloscopes or logic analyzers are preferred.
  • C or firmware development experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Perforce or server-hosted Git platforms, packaging and versioning tools, dependency and release flows, AI-assisted development, and Docker is preferred.
