Responsibilities
- Design and deploy automated workflows for AV/UC SaaS platforms using APIs and webhooks.
- Build, maintain, and scale internal services and self-service tools for AV/UC operations.
- Write and maintain scripts and infrastructure-as-code for AV hardware and UC software environments.
- Integrate disparate enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Develop automated health checks and monitoring mechanisms for AV/UC infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain clear technical documentation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in software development, backend engineering, or SRE/DevOps.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, JavaScript/Node.js, or C#.
- Proven experience with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and handling JSON/XML data payloads.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Solid understanding of Git workflows and building CI/CD pipelines.
