Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality full-stack features with emphasis on exceptional user experience and performance.
- Prepare and present technical designs while incorporating input from engineers and stakeholders.
- Lead development on high-complexity features and promote maintainable, reliable software.
- Design and implement automated tests and create prototypes to resolve technical uncertainty.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX designers.
- Innovate with generative AI and new technologies while supporting technology and process improvements.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or an equivalent related discipline.
- 5–7 years of progressive software development experience, including work on enterprise-grade software applications.
- Experience leading development on several high-complexity features.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming, data modeling, and semantics.
- Experience with C# and .NET Core.
- Experience with at least one frontend framework or library, such as React, Vue, or Angular; React is preferred.
- Experience developing reliable, efficient, and scalable APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
- Strong ability to adopt and apply new tools, including AI tools, to maximize velocity.
- Clear, concise, and professional communication skills, including the ability to present complex information and challenge the status quo.
- Familiarity with agentic AI is considered an asset.
