Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications and modules using Camunda.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root cause analysis, resolve defects, and recommend improvements to system performance and availability.
- Support software implementation, continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, and release-plan adherence.
- Collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Create technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, reports, and project status updates.
- Gather client clarifications and feedback, respond to customer requests, and support customer experience and on-time delivery.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming and delivery practices.
Requirements
- Mandatory Camunda experience.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, develop and debug code, and perform software testing.
- Ability to document technical solutions and communicate project status with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues and support client-facing delivery activities.
