Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and optimization of identity, endpoint, and privileged access controls across hybrid environments.
- Own identity lifecycle management, endpoint security, access governance, secure configurations, and enforcement of security standards.
- Drive automation and operational efficiency for provisioning, compliance, and access management.
- Apply Zero Trust principles and threat modeling to identity and endpoint security design.
- Partner with Cyber Operations to improve detection, response, and control monitoring.
- Conduct risk assessments and control validation focused on identity compromise and endpoint threats.
- Collaborate with global teams and mentor engineers to promote scalable security practices.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of cybersecurity engineering experience.
- Hands-on expertise in identity and access management, endpoint security, and privileged access management.
- Experience working in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
- Ability to translate architectural principles into practical engineering solutions.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, federation, governance, least-privilege enforcement, endpoint hardening, threat detection and response, device management, endpoint compliance, threat modeling, and security automation or scripting.
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO, and CIS frameworks.
- CISSP, CISM, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
