Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction for MONOPOLY GO! Chat backend services and APIs.
- Design and build scalable social and chat features.
- Translate ambiguous product goals into clear technical plans.
- Ensure reliability, performance, security, and operational quality of backend systems.
- Design resilient distributed systems using various processing patterns.
- Mentor engineers and promote strong engineering practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building backend services for mobile apps or games.
- Deep experience with C#, ASP.NET, and backend service development.
- Strong systems design skills across distributed systems and API design.
- Experience with cloud-native services on AWS.
- Ability to design high-throughput, low-latency systems.
- Solid understanding of application security concepts.
- Experience leading technical design and mentoring engineers.
- Excellent technical communication skills.
