Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build bidder-adjacent agentic workflows that recommend and execute campaign control actions.
- Implement production-grade RAG for retrieval from policies, campaign history, and telemetry.
- Create safe tool/action interfaces with idempotent execution and audit logs.
- Own AgentOps including evaluation harnesses and metrics tied to outcomes.
- Add observability and reliability patterns to the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define decision-making boundaries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production backend and/or applied AI systems.
- Strong engineering skills in Java or Go, with Python acceptable for evaluations.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic patterns.
- Experience with RAG techniques including embeddings and context assembly.
- Familiarity with cloud and distributed systems fundamentals.
