Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Cartesia’s GTM systems and operational infrastructure.
- Architect scalable GTM platforms that support AI-native workflows.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows and internal tools.
- Build shared infrastructure for agents and operational systems.
- Create reliable data pipelines and integrations across systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to address operational challenges.
- Enhance GTM operations through effective systems design and automation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
- Strong architectural instincts and systems thinking.
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, and APIs.
- Familiarity with CRM architectures and workflows in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered workflows in production environments.
- Ability to connect technical decisions to GTM outcomes.
- Strong communication skills for technical trade-offs with non-technical stakeholders.
- High ownership and adaptability in fast-paced startup environments.
