Base Salary
$100k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software for an AI recruiting platform.
- Improve interviewer response latency and system scalability for increasing concurrent usage.
- Develop features for interview experiences, hiring-process coordination, and employer-facing data aggregation and analysis.
- Integrate the platform with customers’ internal hiring systems.
- Present interview results visually and quickly.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team and take ownership of product development.
Requirements
- Experience is preferred with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node, Next, Python, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and system architecture.
- Hands-on software engineering capability across consumer and enterprise applications.
- Ability to work in person in San Francisco five days per week.
