Responsibilities
- Lead software projects from design through deployment while coordinating with other teams.
- Evaluate and guide adoption of technical tools, processes, standards, and best practices.
- Serve as the team’s technical anchor and mentor and train other technical team members.
- Work with product owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and author scalable technical documentation.
- Implement, test, deploy, optimize, refactor, and review Salesforce configuration and code.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Own technical deliverables, ensure quality and timely completion, and identify process improvements.
- Debug production issues, minimize business impact, and create plans to permanently resolve urgent issues.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, and Data Cloud.
- Experience designing custom solutions aligned with business needs and building integrations with external applications.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, reporting, database design, unit testing, functional testing, and debugging.
- Active Salesforce certifications are desirable.
- Mulesoft experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, critical-thinking, communication, documentation, collaboration, and customer-service skills.
