Base Salary
$90k - $112k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of conversational AI agents.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned AI agents, including design and deployment.
- Drive improvements in agent performance through data analysis.
- Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot AI agent behavior.
- Implement dynamic response content in conversational interfaces.
- Lead special projects to support evolving AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in conversational AI or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms.
- Proficiency in conversation design principles.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Comfort with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset with a strong bias for action.
