Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Customize, develop, support, and enhance solutions on the Force.com and Salesforce platforms.
  • Build integrations between Salesforce and internal systems to automate business processes.
  • Develop Apex classes and triggers, JavaScript, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, OmniScript, and Flex Cards.
  • Design secure, scalable Salesforce architectures and CRM workflow solutions.
  • Write and execute automated tests and oversee interface development and testing.
  • Document processes, procedures, code, architecture, and system designs.
  • Collaborate with product, business, data migration, testing, pre-build, and integration teams.
  • Translate ambiguous business requirements into functional development assets and communicate technical constraints.
  • Identify platform risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigation with business stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide engineers on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of programming and configuration experience with Force.com, Apex, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, OmniScript, Flex Cards, and JavaScript.
  • At least 5 years of software development experience.
  • Extensive experience designing and developing large-scale technology solutions with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design patterns, Salesforce SOQL and SOSL, Salesforce security models, data modeling, application architecture, and database concepts.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
  • Ability to collaborate with product and business stakeholders and act as a liaison between product and development teams.
  • Preferred qualifications include Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, JavaScript Developer, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Platform App Builder certifications, automated testing, web services, system migrations, AWS, Azure, SQL, and Copado experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, time management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Base salary range of $68,300 to $192,900 across salary grades 5–8.
