Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical design and roadmap for core platform components.
- Leverage AI coding assistants to automate tasks and enhance productivity.
- Drive technical excellence and ownership of components within the team.
- Translate customer needs and regulatory requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Identify and resolve technical risks and performance bottlenecks.
- Document technical designs and operational processes clearly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing and developing cloud-native distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java or Go, with knowledge of AWS ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure and microservices patterns.
- Practical experience using AI tools for software delivery.
- Experience building and maintaining high-volume public-facing APIs.
- Familiarity with high-throughput data processing solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions through strong communication.
