Responsibilities
- Design, secure, and scale backend architectures.
- Code and test software components in accordance with development and security standards.
- Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations for business processes and data exchange.
- Contribute to product solution design, modeling, implementation, code quality, and future maintainability.
- Industrialize solutions using CI/CD practices and support observability and delivery workflows.
Requirements
- Strong Python development experience, including FastAPI, Flask, API design, RESTful services, and microservices architectures.
- Experience with unit and integration testing using PyTest or Unittest, test management tools such as ALM/Octane, and advanced SQL.
- Experience with database design and optimization, preferably using PostgreSQL.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering practices including Git workflows, code review, clean architecture, design patterns, unit testing, and observability.
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or IBM and containerization using Docker.
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments and with Jira, Confluence, Git, and ALM.
- Fluent English is required; French knowledge is a plus.
