Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning and execution while delivering reliable, scalable software.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and stakeholders to refine requirements and solve user problems.
- Champion rigorous testing, code quality, and pragmatic trade-offs between speed and technical debt.
- Set engineering standards, mentor teammates, and help scale the team and its processes.
- Take end-to-end ownership of delivery and communicate progress clearly.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams.
- At least 3 years of recent experience with relevant technologies.
- Strong hands-on technical skills with Python, TypeScript, React, and AWS.
- Experience delivering product-focused software and balancing speed, quality, and technical debt.
- Track record of raising standards and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with ambiguity and end-to-end responsibility.
- Healthcare or B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
