Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python FastAPI.
- Integrate and deploy Generative AI models and services, including OpenAI, Hugging Face, and LangChain, into production environments.
- Build solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for specific use cases.
- Integrate AI/ML services and APIs into enterprise applications while following engineering and security best practices.
- Develop intelligent automation solutions that improve productivity, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Write, review, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure code.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, legal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and deliver business outcomes.
- Contribute to technical documentation, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of software development experience using Python and/or Java Spring Boot is listed in the required skills.
- Experience with Generative AI APIs and/or open-source models is required.
- Experience with LangChain, LLM orchestration, or RAG pipelines is required.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, embedding models, or vector databases is required.
- Knowledge of web and API security frameworks is required.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and DocumentDB, as well as vector databases, Kafka, caching, and Kubernetes is required.
- Preferred qualifications include exposure to multimodal AI systems, agentic AI frameworks, MLOps, and model deployment workflows.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Azure, AWS, GCP, React, or Angular.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and prioritization skills are required.
