Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and ship production-grade multi-agent systems with orchestration, tool use, planning loops, memory, and failure recovery.
- Build agents grounded in Access Graph, Access Reviews, permissions, and risk data for enterprise identity security decisions.
- Own observability, human-in-the-loop controls, safety guardrails, and compliance infrastructure for autonomous systems.
- Develop and improve RAG pipelines, semantic search, re-ranking, retrieval, and evaluation capabilities.
- Integrate frontier AI models and evaluate production trade-offs involving cost, latency, and capability.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, quality standards, and mentoring.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience designing, shipping, and operating production agentic systems, including multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, planning loops, memory, and failure recovery.
- Production-grade Python experience.
- Experience with frontier AI SDKs from Anthropic, Google, or OpenAI, including prompt engineering, structured outputs, and production model evaluation.
- Production experience with RAG and retrieval patterns, vector stores, hybrid search, and retrieval evaluation metrics.
- Demonstrated technical leadership through architecture ownership, code quality improvements, and mentoring engineers on production AI practices.
- Go, Java, or C++ systems-language experience is a plus.
- Specialization in search and retrieval at scale or MLOps/model observability is a plus.
- Published work or open-source contributions in agentic systems or retrieval is a plus.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning or inference optimization in production is a plus.
