Responsibilities
- Embed at a retail agency and own customer-side execution end to end.
- Build governed AI workflows on Terminal, integrating with various agency systems.
- Identify parts of an agency's operation that can be system-governed.
- Design review, attribution, and override patterns for AI trustworthiness.
- Provide feedback to Engineering, Product, and Design to ensure platform scalability.
- Represent QuoteWell with customers, troubleshooting and scoping issues.
- Travel to customer sites approximately 25% of the time.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience shipping production software, with Python and/or TypeScript preferred.
- Strong engineering foundation, typically with a CS degree or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI application patterns or a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to effectively communicate and troubleshoot in front of customers.
- Genuine interest in deeply understanding the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated hustle and initiative in developing prototypes.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
