Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day platform operations for key AI tools including provisioning and access requests.
- Design and enforce access controls such as SSO and role-based access.
- Operate and mature the LLM gateway layer for centralized model access and observability.
- Support approved AI platforms and help define their responsible use.
- Monitor platform health, usage trends, and incidents to drive operational improvements.
- Lead maintenance activities including configuration updates and vendor coordination.
- Create and maintain documentation for AI tooling usage.
- Partner with Security and Legal to align tooling with policies and data handling requirements.
- Standardize and rationalize the AI tool stack.
- Serve as an escalation point for user issues and operational blockers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise AI tools or SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on familiarity with tools like Glean, Gemini, and Claude.
- Strong understanding of access management and secure governance.
- Experience with observability and service reliability practices.
- Comfort working with APIs and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with change management and support processes.
- Strong judgment around AI governance and safe rollout practices.
- A service-oriented mindset for translating technical constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
