Base Salary
$110k - $166k/yr
Responsibilities
- Run enablement sessions and stakeholder research across assigned business functions to identify and prioritize workflow opportunities.
- Build and ship custom AI tools, agents, automations, and prompts on shared infrastructure for real business deliverables.
- Contribute to system architecture, retrieval logic, output calibration, and autonomous multi-agent workflow design.
- Coach cohorts from initial AI awareness through regular adoption, workflow transformation, and self-sufficiency.
- Monitor adoption and output quality, diagnose failures, continuously tune solutions, and transition durable agents to the Platform layer.
- Document tools, playbooks, and transformation patterns so successful solutions can scale across functions.
- Track cohort progress, communicate wins to leadership, and rotate to new functions when engagements reach defined self-sufficiency goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional roles
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes
- Experience conducting discovery or stakeholder research and converting findings into prioritized work plans
- Technical fluency in integration architecture, agent output evaluation, prompt design, retrieval logic, and data workflows such as Python and APIs
- Track record of coaching, teaching, or enabling others to change how they work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and supporting people at varying stages of AI adoption
- Product Management background or equivalent experience shipping useful products
- Experience in marketing, finance, people/HR, legal, operations, or a closely adjacent business function
- Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, and workflow automation tools
- Experience with change management, organizational transformation, or large-scale enablement programs
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS and data stacks such as Salesforce, Slack, and Snowflake
- Experience scaling internal tools, templates, or playbooks beyond an immediate team
- Background in consulting, solutions engineering, technical program management, or another role combining technical depth with business context
