Responsibilities
- Participate in system architecture and design reviews.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
- Build APIs, backend services, dashboards, lead delivery systems, branding tools, online commerce experiences, and performance insights across potential teams.
- Investigate and prototype technologies that can introduce product and business innovations.
- Collaborate in cross-functional squads with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers.
- Use AI coding assistants and LLMs to accelerate development, generate boilerplate, troubleshoot, and verify outputs for security, performance, and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience.
- Experience with Python and willingness to learn or use FastAPI, Pydantic, NumPy, Pandas, React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
- Experience working with relational or non-relational databases.
- Experience developing scalable systems and evaluating trade-offs between design approaches.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and AWS is preferred.
- Experience delivering customer value quickly with regular feedback and support.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices such as testing, code reviews, and documentation.
- Ability to work self-directed, take initiative, and drive toward solutions with guidance.
