Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise

Responsibilities
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive technical strategy.
- Lead consultative technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations based on customer objectives.
- Design and guide technical evaluations and proof of concepts.
- Become a subject matter expert on the AlertMedia platform.
- Discuss integration approaches with technical and business stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential technical risks early.
- Own technical responses for RFPs and security questionnaires.
- Document best practices and improve presales processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or related fields.
- Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong consultative problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading technical discovery and evaluations.
- Technical fluency with REST APIs and modern SaaS architecture.
- Experience responding to RFPs and security reviews.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
