Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core and Azure technologies.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture decisions for backend systems and distributed services.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and design collaboration.
- Improve engineering practices related to testing, CI/CD, code quality, and system reliability.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable product features and platform improvements.
- Support production systems, including troubleshooting, monitoring, release support, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of backend software engineering experience using .NET / C# in a production environment.
- 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer role.
- Experience building or supporting production applications in Azure.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Git).
