Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Pinterest API and partner integrations.
- Lead the definition and development of Pinterest Integration products with strategic partners.
- Own technical relationships with Tier 1 partners and provide bespoke support.
- Provide proactive and reactive technical support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Lead complex engineering projects, including new API launches and integration builds.
- Develop and maintain performance monitoring systems for partner integrations.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to tailor products for partners.
- Define tools, processes, and documentation frameworks for the team.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to shape Pinterest's developer ecosystem.
- Mentor junior team members on technical and partner-facing work.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Support/Solution/Partner Engineering experience at a large consumer tech platform.
- Experience leading technical partner/client calls.
- Experience integrating external APIs at scale using SDKs or custom client code.
- Ability to read and write complex scripts for data manipulation in languages like Python.
- Ability to leverage AI to enhance work quality and champion AI experimentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
