Responsibilities
- Lead the shift from automated to AI-led localization workflows.
- Extend the AI-led pipeline model across various content areas.
- Define technical best practices and system hygiene norms.
- Integrate AI-powered reporting into existing operations.
- Oversee hands-on delivery of key initiatives and manage engineering partners.
Requirements
- Possess an AI-forward mindset and stay updated on AI tooling developments.
- Have hands-on experience integrating LLMs into engineering workflows.
- Design event-driven, API-first translation infrastructure.
- Demonstrate strong awareness of internationalization and localization engineering.
- Understand Translation Management Systems principles.
- Have a good grasp of CI/CD and DevOps frameworks.
- Exhibit strong scripting abilities in Javascript, Python, and Regex.
- Design scalable solutions across content types and delivery channels.
- Communicate effectively with both engineering and non-engineering colleagues.
- Maintain strong documentation habits and collaborate with distributed teams.
