Responsibilities
- Design and implement software for Arista’s EOS networking operating system and programmable data-center infrastructure.
- Develop distributed, multi-process systems using state sharing, publish-subscribe communication, and model-driven management concepts.
- Build and maintain software that runs consistently across physical platforms, virtual machines, and containers.
- Contribute to software architecture, algorithms, network reliability, testing, and automation workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of fluency in at least one of C or C++.
- Strong engineering and computer science fundamentals.
- Extensive background in algorithms and strong software architecture skills.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing software in a strong product-engineering environment.
