Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and the Power Platform.
- Deliver new application capabilities, workflow automation, and business process improvements.
- Develop and maintain custom plugins, integrations, workflows, and Power Platform components.
- Lead technical implementation of approved changes and enhancements.
- Investigate and resolve complex application and integration issues as a senior escalation point.
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions, technical design workshops, and design documentation.
- Improve application performance, scalability, maintainability, supportability, and technical debt.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and customer stakeholders.
- Support adoption of new Microsoft platform capabilities and the ongoing modernisation of solution architecture.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience developing custom plugins and integrations using C# and Microsoft best practices.
- Experience delivering enhancements and new functionality in enterprise application environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and modern application lifecycle management practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid PL-400 qualification.
- Desirable: exposure to Microsoft Azure integration technologies and experience with Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, or Azure SQL.
- Desirable: experience working in complex integrated Microsoft application estates, managed services, or regulated environments.
