Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support client-facing applications for PrismHR’s HCM SaaS solution.
- Write clean, scalable .NET code and deliver high-quality features with strong ownership.
- Maintain code quality through code reviews, unit testing, peer programming, and software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, quality and DevOps engineers, and engineering managers on software design and architecture.
- Balance feature delivery with defect resolution and technical-debt management.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, story refinement, work estimation, and requirements analysis.
- Support responsible innovation through a fail-fast and learn mentality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 8–12 years of development experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Razor Pages, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and web forms.
- Experience developing enterprise front-end web applications with ASP.NET Core.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Framework 4.5+ and JS Report 3.11.x.
- Proficiency in SQL and in developing and executing SQL/PostgreSQL database queries.
- Proficiency with Entity Framework 6.x, EF Core, and ADO.NET.
- Experience with Agile software delivery, Jira, GitHub, and unit testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with jQuery, Angular 12+, or React.
- Strong understanding of n-tier architecture and object-oriented concepts.
- Strong communication skills, including explaining complex technical problems to non-technical audiences and translating customer requirements into technical designs.
- Preferred: understanding of microservice-based architectures, Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, or Azure; experience with CI/CD pipelines; and HCM domain knowledge.
