Responsibilities
- Define and govern reusable, reliable, and adaptable ServiceNow architecture designs across development teams.
- Serve as the technical gateway from approved designs through delivery in collaboration with project managers, business analysts, developers, SMEs, and senior stakeholders.
- Architect, configure, develop, test, migrate, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions through go-live.
- Provide expertise on ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, roadmap, data requirements, integrations, and business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, Flow Designer automations, and notifications.
- Support requirements elicitation, design, development, testing, training, implementation, sustainment governance, and operational transition.
- Present solution approaches and roadmaps to senior leadership and diverse organizational audiences.
- Translate business and functional requirements into sustainable ServiceNow designs and migration steps.
- Support integrations using APIs, web services, and web-based technologies.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and production promotion.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a successful DoW Secret clearance are required.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or 10 years of similar work experience.
- At least five years of total work experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certifications are required.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and core concepts.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs, API Gateway requests, HTTP methods, response handling, and low-code/no-code development.
- Experience developing process automation software based on BPMN models.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, Salesforce, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Experience with ServiceNow Agile 2.0 for user-story task management in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
- Experience with ServiceNow analysis, architecture, application development, business architecture, and implementation projects.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules including Predictive Intelligence, Change Management, Customer Service Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Self-Service Portal.
